Well... I had a little "accident" yesterday... I was careless and I wasn't paying attention and now I have a three inch gash just above my right ankle. It happened about 6 O'Clock yesterday and it only just stopped bleeding late this morning. My leg/foot is bound up and I've been walking with a limp for the past two days. It will probably stay wrapped up wntil tomorrow or maybe Monday. I don't think I'll see anyone in time to prove myself (just in case you think I'm lying). If you don't belive me, I'll proudly sport a scab and scar by the time school starts if you need proof. Lovely.

In the past two days, I've held three mouse babies in my hands and watched them die. Two died of shock, the third because my cat broke and paralysed his back legs. That third one is still alive somehow. I'm holding it in my lap, trying to keep it warm. I tried feeding it some half and half, but other than that, I don't know what to do for it. I know it's all apart of nature, cat kills mouse and all, but it doesn't help that I can still feel the warm imprints of their bodies in the palm of my hand.

I totally just got asked to Prom today! That was really unexpected. Even though I had major plans to ask someone else, I said yes because he was a good friend of mine, and now I guess I don't have to worry about getting rejected. (Although I was looking fowards to asking someone myself, but oh well). Anyways, these are the events that followed:

1. Ask "Are you serious?" (then of course answer "Yes")
2. Break the news to my mom by running up to the car yelling "I need to make an emergency appointment with Keith on the 20th!!!"
3. Call Keith and make an appointment on the 20th for 2:00pm
4. Call my dad and tell him the news
5. Call my Aunt Linda
6. Call my grandparents
7. Go to work and have a box fall on my head

Who knew Prom was such a big fuss?

    <lj:music>"Rosenrot" by Rammstein</lj:music>

Lately, I've been noticing my hands and feet. I've finally managed to convince my mom that my feet really are a full size bigger that her's and my sister's. Being the shortest in my family, that knowledge was met by the reaction of "Wow, you really do have big feet!" Gee... Thanks for making me feel good, mom... And no offense to people who's second toe is longer that their big toe, but I think it looks really weird.

On the hands side, I've made a discovery! I have at last found another person who uses their third finger to write with (instead of their middle finger). Low and behold, it's Josh Cohen! After the two of us had a moments celebration in the middle of math, I had a thought. Is writing with one's middle finger versus their third (ring) finger a comfort choice by ther person, or is it some undiscovered recessive gene that, so far, only Josh and I seem to have? Hmm...

Anyways, I know I was going to say something else, because I remember thinking about it, but since this is me that is typing... I've forgotten it as usual... -_-;; Have a good night everyone, I'll see most of you tomorow. See ya'~

My friend Anna laughed at me, then told me presents were opened on the 25th.

Place your bets!
Guess what, I'm bored again...

Anyways, we all know that I have slight problems with obsessions, and to some, it is more obvious than others. Obsessions over books, people, events, movies, and just about anything that happens to catch my fancy. In the past, I've obsessed over favorite characters from movies/books (which has lead to my nicknames), historical events and people (such as my Al Capone obsession in 6th grade), and much more. As of now, my current obsession happens to be with the movie Schindler's List. I watched it over the weekend for the first time, and it happened to have one of my favorite actors in it (and I don't usually have favorite actors, I think the majority of them suck). Well anyways, it had one of my favorite actors in it so I instantly was enamored with the movie and the acto's character. It's almost ironic that I'm now obsessed with the character, especially since they're never the hero of the story. Generally speaking, their the villain or just some random character who's on for less than 5 minutes. Anywho, as much as I desire to learn more about the character and create several drawings of him, I'll be unable to in my household. If I do, people will surely think something is worng with me (and there probably already is). Cruel unfortunate fate of the damned. Herzeleid...

    <lj:music>"If I Only Were A Goth" by ThouShaltNot</lj:music>

I really couldn't help myself. This is another song by ThouShaltNot, but I thought it went very well with your One Act, Trevor (and no, this does not mean I wish you to play this during your One Act, I just thought it was funny). I'm sure everyone will recognize the tune. Please enjoy!

http://www.dogpile.com/_1_2EV1T6204PNFSTH__info.dogpl.iso/search/audio/%2522If%2BI%2BOnly%2BWere%2BA%2BGoth%2522%252BThouShaltNot/1/-/1/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/417/top

Click on the top link (thoushaltnot if I only were a goth) and just open it. <lj:music>"Inside of You, Inspite of You" by ThouShaltNot</lj:music>

Well, as many people saw, the other day I brought a painting I did of the lead singer (Dr. S. Alexander Reed, so not to be confused with our Alex Reed) from my favorite band ThouShaltNot. I said I had three of their CD's in my pocket at the time, to which most people thought it was funny when they realized I meant that I had downloaded them into my Zen and not that I actually had three CD's in my pocket. Anyways, for those who were wondering what ThouShaltNot sounds like, I'm dropping everyone a couple links if you're intrested. You can listen to both clips and full songs. I also reccomend taking a look at their lyrics, cuz they're just plain amazing. The lead singer Alexx has a Ph.D. for (what I think is) English and he also went to Wooster College. Also, on the days that I have my Zen with me (aka if you see me wearing headphones) you can also ask and I'll let you listen to them.

Clips/Full songs:
http://www.thoushalt.net/sound.shtml
http://www.myspace.com/thoushaltnotmusic
Lyrics:
http://www.thoushalt.net/words.shtml

The CD's I have are: The White Beyond, The Holiness of Now, and a third CD not listed under lyrics called The Projectionist (which is basically a mix CD of different versions of their songs along with some new ones). I'm going to get their newset CD Land Dispute when it comes out, and I really want to get my hands on the band shirts.

    <lj:music>"The Greater Good" by ThouShaltNot</lj:music>

Well... I know I already told Reed, but I still can't help myself. About an hour after Kelle dropped my off, a branch from the really big tree in my front yard broke and fell on the powerlines, causing it to self combust. A.K.A. my tree was on fire. We ended up with 2 police cars, a fire dept. car, a fire truck, and 2 PGE trucks. It turned into a neighborhood event. Kinda cool, actually 'sept for my tree burning... Anyway, that's really all the excitement I've had in a long while. Good break from homework, I guess. o_O?

"There with fire in my hand,
I throw it on the croud below
twins of faces plus one other
shocked and helpless call out 'no
you cannot do this' there in flame
they smolder as the Hemlock would
as bones and sinue melt I tell them
'it's all for the greater good'."
